Any defined Task is considered to be New whose Plan Start Date is equal to current date and no Timesheet has been entered against the Task.

Any defined Task is considered to be Future whose Plan start date is greater than current date and no Timesheet has been entered against the Task.

Any defined task which fulfills the following criteria is Working -
1) Task must be assigned to Resource(s).
2) There must be Timesheet entry against the Task.
3) There must be remaining hours against the Task.
4) Task Plan End date must be greater than or equals to current date.

Any defined task is considered to be Overdue whose Plan Start date and/or Plan End date is less than current date and Resource(s) has been allocated.

Any defined task which fulfills the following criteria is Completed -
1) Task must be assigned to Resource(s).
2) There must be Timesheet entry against the Task.
3) Remaining hours against the Task must be zero and task must be approved.
Completed Task can be of two types - On-Time or Delayed.

Any defined task whose status is closed.
|
Any defined task which has not been assigned to any resource is UnAssigned.
|
Tasks which are defined by user himself and timesheet entry is not yet approved.
