The pSuite provides document and web based support for its users. The document based support is available in the form of two versions of pSuite User’s Guide as a portable document format (PDF) and web based (online help, activates by pressing the F1 key). Apart from that a web based email support is also available for pSuite users as follows:
Email a feedback

The pSuite users can submit their feedback related to the application by clicking the “Feedback” link available at the upper right corner of the software. Clicking the “Feedback” link allows you to draft and send an email to the NOIDA pSuite team.
Report a bug

A Report Bug/ Feedback link is available in the Utilities menu on the Top menu bar. Users may report a bug/ feedback related to the application’s performance. (See Report a Bug/ Feedback for further details)

Active Directory |

Actual %completion |
The Actual %completion is determined as fractioning of Actual Effort from the sum of Actual Effort and Remaining Effort. |
Actual Effort |
The actual effort is the number of hours utilized by the resource for a particular task. |
Allocated Effort |
The allocated effort is determined as the number of hours allocated to the resource for a particular task. |
Allocated Start Date |
The start date of the task. |

Current Date |
Today’s date. |
Double Click |
Pressing the left button of the PC mouse twice. |
Earned Value |
The Earned Value is determined as the product of Actual %completion and Allocated Effort. |
Effort Variance |
The Effort Variance for a given task is determined by the fractioning of Earned Value from the Allocated Effort. |
Escalation Level |
Escalation level is a terminology used in PSuite while adding the client contact details. The accounts/ project managers can specify the single point of contact to escalate any issue related to the client. There are five levels of escalation for each client. Once an issue is generated it is sent to the first client contacts having the escalation level “1”. The system waits for the number of Default Days assigned and if still no response is found then the query is next immediate escalation level. |
Exact Search |
Searching the information by matching the exact or complete text of the specified criteria. |
Last saved state |
Last saved state is the latest data available in the database for the selected action performed. |
Microsoft Excel template file |
The Microsoft Excel (.XLS) template file created while exporting the tasks using Microsoft Projects. |

Pin Number |
The pin number is a special code used to identify the projects created in pSuite. It is mandatory information which is automatically generated during the creation of a project. |

The Planned %completion is determined as fractioning of difference of Allocated Start Date and the Current Date from the difference of Allocated Start Date and the Scheduled End Date. |
Popup window |
A popup window is a child browser window opened by clicking a link in the parent window. |

The remaining effort is the remaining number of hours still to be utilized by the resource for a particular task. |

User Session/ Session |
A logical connection created between two hosts to exchange data. The pSuite maintains a session of 20 minutes for each user who have logged in to the system. |

The XML template files are the XML version of a task template created using Microsoft Projects. These XML files the details of the workflow and list of tasks that are required to be performed during the project development. |
